My app has several shortcuts using the Ctrl-<key> combination. Some
are working, others are either not working or are performing the
"equivalent" shortcut from IE. How can I suppress the IE shortcuts,
to make mine take precedence when the app has focus?

The following work (when my app has the focus):
Ctrl-P, Ctrl-O, Ctrl-N, Ctrl-R, Ctrl-S

The following don't work:
Ctrl-Q, Ctrl-E, Ctrl-T

Note: Ctrl-T implements the new tab function of IE. Not sure why the
P, O or N don't also activate IE functions. The Ctrl-Q and Ctrl-E
don't do anything.

Chris

Hi Chris,

Actually on the Web, as you already know IE shortcuts has a
higher priority than Appeon shortcut. and unfortunately it
is unable to suppress IE shortcuts so far. So you have to
avoid using those shortcuts in your PowerBuilder
application.
You may take the following URL as reference to know more
about what shortcuts may not work on the Web.

Sally

Thanks Sally, that helped. I re-mapped my keys to new sequences that
didn't conflict.
