iam using PB8.0 ,ASA and SQL server.My application is in MDI.How to
find the tool bar height .is there any function to find the height
directly.please give solution/suggestion for the same

These are properties of the window.

w_frame.ToolbarHeight


The tough part is figuring out if the toolbar is docked to the
top/left/bottom/right or if it's floating. I used to know how to figure
that out but I don't have access to that code any more.

These values give you the area that is not obscured by the menu bar,
toolbar, or window decorations.

w_frame.workspacex()
w_frame.workspacey()
w_frame.workspacewidth()
w_frame.workspaceheight()
w_frame.mdi_1.microhelpheight

whereas, w_frame.x, w_frame.y, w_frame.width, w_frame.height give you
values based on the outer edges of the window.
