Hi,

I use PB 9.0

I call a Remote Stored Procedure (RSP) to get data from the DB and
populate few rows in the front end

I get an error "Datatype Conversion Error" in the front end, but the
row gets retrieved properly and the errored column also displayes
correctly. Please advise as to what this problem might be and the
possible solution

Thanks,
Krishna.

What kind of database?

Are you sure it isn't supposed to be a datetime?

Try running a database trace and look at the log file. It might give more
detailed info.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I use DB2 as the backend.
It is a date column.
From the SP, it is being passed as a date value. I am quite sure about
it.
How do I run a DB trace?
Please advise.

Thanks in advance.
Krishna
