I want to use linked server in SQLServer 7.0 to sybase
are there provider from Sybase and where do , get the
files and how do installed it?

That piece of software will have to be from Microsoft.
If you want to use a similar feauture from Sybase to MS SQL you need
Direct Connect for MS SQL.
