Hello,

Not exactly. You can install the ASE PC-Client CD or the Software
Developer's Kit. There is a way to do a "silent" install with each one.

The technique is to install and record your responses in a response
file. Choose just the software you need ODBC, jConnect, CT-Library, etc.

Then you can use the response file to perform subsequent silent installs
on additional client PCs...

There's a "developer" edition of Sybase ASE available for download for
various platforms. This can be installed on your machine (windows,
linux, etc) and used free of charge for development.
