Hi, all
I was trying to install NT4.0 OS on my current Win98 machine but failed.
Somebody told me that NT can't be installed on FAT32 formatted drive. Is it
true? If not what's the procedure to do it or where can I find the
instruction ?
(I would like to have a dual boot for both Win98 and NT 4.0.)
Thanks.
Ware regards,
Kevin

I've got a dual-boot system with Win95/NT 4.0.
We had to use just FAT (NT doesn't recognize FAT32).
It breaks your drive up into a bunch of 2GB drives, but otherwise it's worked
out pretty well.

Hi Kevin,
NT4 canno´t be instaled on FAT32.
You need to install the system area for NT in disk0 (C:) and needs +- 130 MB
in this disk
The partition to data can be other (like D:), whitout FAT32 (wait for
Win2000 for this!).
See the HCL for NT (find this in www.microsoft.com) to check your hardware
before the instalation.
