Hi!

Please reply to this problem which we face now
if we run our applet with java1.1 and jconnect3.0 as
the driver, sybase sql anywhere as the backend through
powerJ it is working fine in win95/98 and iexplorer/4/5.

If we try to create a web target and run the same
it is not connecting with the database and says
sybjdbc.zip cannot be used for web deployment

if we try to put jconnect30.zip in the archive of the
applet tag still it is not connecting with the database

what should we do to solve the problem of
deploying our applet in the web.

What is the exact error you're seeing in your browser? Open up your
browser's Java console before you start your applet and then tell us what's
being printed there.
