When creating a context, through C++, where are the default localization
parameters such as dateformat found.

My problem is that when the database is contacted and returns a date the
format is Jan 4, 2001 12:00PM. I'm trying to get the return value to
include seconds also...

Any help would be appreciated.

This has been fixed....I used the folowing and it corrected the issue.

CS_INT dtconvfmt;

dtconvfmt = CS_DATES_LONG;
if (cs_dt-info(*context, CS_SET, NULL, CS_DT_CONVFMT, CS_UNUSED,
&dtconvfmt, (CS_INT)NULL, NULL)!= CS_SUCCEED)

print("cs_dt_info() failed\n");
