Hi!

is it possible to setup a replication of 2 dictionary's which are on
different servers resp. domaine's ?

The problem is to setup the path to the dictionary when i need a username
& passwort to connect?
Once connected there is no problem but whats happen after a restart or
lost connection?

If I could use an alias definition it would be possible... with the system
account.
Could I?

Thanks
Stevie

Hi Stevie,

You could use two ADS servers (one on each server) to replicate to each
other.

Use a UNC path to a share or alias to point to the other
server/dictionary and supply the username/password that will
authenticate to the second data dictionary.
