Speaking with a person at TechWave using PocketBuilder....
She has a barcode attachment on her PDA for the application.
The driver for the barcode reader sends the decoded data to
the entry-field with focus.

Nothing special is needed.

Symbol has a product for IPAQ's Called SPS3000 its under so called wearable
scanners category; fairly priced ($300-$350) ; here is the link to this

Also their is a product called SocketScan
http://www.socketcom.com/product/bar_inhand_sys.asp but it costs a fortune
(Approx .$800); but yes options are out their.
