Hi,

I am trying to implement OEM Database Authentication by applying
authentication keys at the database and application level. It doesnt seems
to be working properly, any document for this process will be a big help.

Thanks.

Syed

You should have received a small document telling you how to implement this.
The biggest thing is that you have 30 seconds from the time your db is
opened or it is placed in read only mode.

Also, you can't run a authenticated db on a non-authenticated version of
ASA. The OEM version normally ships with 2 CD's.. One is the authenticated
version and the other is a non-authenticated release.

The two key pieces of advice
1) Review the document "Read Me First Authenticated Edition"
2) Review the instructions in the email sent specifically related to
wrapping of the signatures.

If you continue to have problems, contact technical support who can validate
your keyand provide advice.
