If you dont want to post your resume you may want to at least include your experience and where you are looking for work.
Based on this post I wouldnt even bother asking for your resume.

Since he's a civil engineer I don't anyone looking here would bother

yes I thought that as well but even if he was in the right spot for a civil
engineering job his approach is lacking somewhat :)
