Hi,

My ASE 12.0.0.2 Server started an threshold dump database, because the
defined free space limit
was reached. Because of a damaged tape the backup could not be finished and
I had to stop the
backup.

After changing the tape I started the backup again and it ended
successfully. Also my logfile was reseted.
But now I have the problem, that every program which tries to connect with
the database goes on LOG SUSPEND.

It seems, that the information for LOG SUSPEND wasn't set back.

What can I do, to reset the status of the database for setting programs to
LOG SUSPEND?

Thank's for help...

Have you tried a transaction dump?

Today I tried a second dump database followed by a dump transaction.
Now it works fine and the LOG SUSPEND is cleared

Thanks.
